What is the use of RCH Portal Data Entry – Why We Use NHM / NRHM RCH Website :
We all know and aware that central government always takes utmost care on Pregnant women as priority . The main purpose of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare ( M & HFW ) is to focus on National Health Mission . NHM is designated to reduce infant death and Maternal Death , Still Birth , Delivery issues . To reduce infant mortality and maternal mortality NHM given several guidelines to their Health Staff .
Not only for that but also to ensure quality service to Pregnant women and New born children around India Government implementing different schemes through anganwadi centers . To ensure all works perfectly National Health Mission and Health and Family Welfare department launched rch.nhm.gov.in – RCH Portal .
With the help of RCH Website , Several service will be digitalized like Family planning , Maternal health , Child Health , Immunization details and more . ANM – Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery and MPHA – Multi Purpose Health Assistant will be responsible to maintain proper records and also responsible to digitalize those records day to day as per their targets .

How To Enroll Data in NHM Portal @ RCH Portal Data Entry – Rch Nhm Gov in Data Entry :
- first open NHM – National Health Mission RCH nhm gov in ( https://rch.nhm.gov.in ) @ https://rch.mohfw.gov.in/RCH/
- After opening RCH – Reproductive healthcare System website , In the menu section select DATA Entry
- It will take you to a new page , where you have login options
- Select your state from the drop down menu
- Enter Your USER NAME , which was allocated by your state Health And Family Welfare Department
- Enter your Password
- Enter image Code – captcha Code
- Click on Generate OTP to Receive one time password to your mobile number
- If you forget Password , click on forget password to reset the password .
- After successful login , Select District , Rural / URBAN , Health Block / Ward
- Select Health Facility Type
- Select Health Facility
- Select Sub Centre / Sub Facility
- Select Village . Select year 2024 – 2025 to view records for the selection.
- Now click on Set – to submit the details to enter into your facility details .
