- First of all Go to https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/index.html
- Click Reprint of PAN card
- Fill all the details. Including your Date Of Birth
- Note: Do not select any of the check boxes on the left margin of the form. However, the check box for Item no. 7. Address for communication will be selected by default as this address will be updated in the records of ITD.
- You have to specify the proof of identity and address which are later to be send to them via post.
- Select the mode of payment. Make sure that you have filled all the details correctly.
- If you choose net banking then pay the amount( For netbanking the amount is 105 Rs).
- You will get the acknowledgement receipt and acknowledgement number. Now save the acknowledgement receipt .
- Download the receipt affix two recent color photographs on the acknowledgment form in the applicable space. Signatures have to be made where indicated.
- The photograph you affix should be clear and recent, as this is the same photograph which will be used on your PAN card.
- Super scribe the envelope with 'APPLICATION FOR Change request PAN - Acknowledgment Number'
- Send the Acknowledgment receipt and documents as specified in point no. 4 above to Income Tax PAN Services Unit, NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited, 5th floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997/8, Model Colony, Near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Pune -411016 Tel: 020-2721 8080; Fax: 020-2721 8081.
- Once the relevant proofs and payment are received then the application will be processed.
