Delhi University planning to introduce GST goods and service tax in the curriculum. According to the proposals from their students who are studying bCom Degree in the university, the university planning to add goods and service tax GST as a subject in 6th semester. Instead of customs law as a second paper GST will take the role . This is very happy news to all candidates who are pursuing bCom Degree at Delhi University.
Full details of this, pune University and Uttar Pradesh universities has already implemented gST as a subject in their courses. In the same way Delhi University also planning to include goods and service tax in its curriculum for Bcom Honours degree. This proposal is partially approved and awaiting for the executive Council confirmation . Once it is approved gST will place in 6th semester as a second paper .
Government of india recently introduced goods and service tax for the better Nation. The amendment as passed in Parliament and came to effective from July 1st . So all business people has to follow GST rules and all taxpayers need to pay GST in online. But there is no qualified people who who knows GST well . To fulfill the requirement all universities r added GST as a subject in their education system . This is very good decision taken by the universities after a long time .
